A note from Brian:

I just wanted to take a second to thank you all for the past few months at CrossFit TILT. As some of you may have heard, I will be taking a head coaching position at our second CrossFit TILT location opening up in Sudbury. I am very excited for this opportunity but also saddened that I will no longer be around our Waltham location. The friendships and memories I have made over these past few months are something that will always stay with me. You have all made an impact on me and I am grateful to be a part of this community. I will still be dropping in once in awhile and you are all more than welcome to come drop in at our new Sudbury location. I hope to see you all tonight at 6:30 pm to throwdown!
